We booked a table months ago as this is a really busy spot, especially at Easter and we missed out last year. We got shown to our table super quick and got the delicious food quickly also. Our only gripe, which is a pity really, was the lack of attentive staff. It seemed our table was the only victim of this, for whatever reason. Smiles for all other attendees or jokes exchanged. One staff chatted to the table next to ours while lifting empty plates from our table, without even a reference to us sitting there. We ordered a bottle of wine, while one of our party asked for a glass of water. He was given a small tumbler, while other tables were set down water in a pint glass with ice. When we were standing up to leave, one staff member just started lifting our empty plates without even asking if everything was all OK for us. My wife said, "The food was lovely thanks", which seemed to throw a switch somewhere and we were bid thanks and a good evening. The Quays Facebook page stated the venue was cash only throughout and we turned up with cash, only to see most tables being able to pay by card. We dined at Urban the night before and were spoiled by the amazing staff, who really looked after their patrons.
